D&M Practice Sales and Leasing has sales openings in the San Fernando Valley, Central Coast, San Diego County, Orange County Sacramento area, and the San Joaquin Valley. We are looking for business oriented people who hold a minimum of a current CA Dept. of Real Estate Sales License (or who are willing to obtain one) and who are familiar with Dentistry and Dental Offices. If you have integrity, discipline, can communicate with people, have good organizational and time management skills, and are interested in taking control of your future and helping other people while making a six figure income, then we want to speak with you!
You will assist Buyers and Sellers in transferring ownership of various size Dental Offices. You will be interfacing with Buyers, Sellers, Escrows Officers, Attorneys, Accountants, Bankers and/or Dental Consultants. Full training and support are provided. Top agents earn well over $100,00 per year. The sales cycle is some what long and you must be prepared to get through the ramping-up-period. i.e. New agents must have sufficient resources to carry themselves through training and the start-up phase. All positions are 100% commission-based. All agents are independent contractors and are responsible for their own benefits.
