Our Founder
Paul Maimone is the founder and broker of D&M Practice Sales and Leasing. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker (CA DRE Broker License # 01172430) with more than 40 years of business experience ranging from managing large scale technical projects to marketing business entities. For more than 30+ years, he has been involved in the appraisal and sales of dental and medical practices.

Paul earned his Bachelors degree from Northeastern University and his MBA from Pepperdine University and is a contributing member of the National Association of Practice Brokers. He is also a published author, having published such articles as (1) "Buying a Dental Practice", (2) "Selling a Dental Practice", (3) "Do Not Buy or Sell a Dental Practice Until You Read This" and (4) "Starting a Practice from Scratch".
Paul has been involved in more than 400 practice sales and several thousand practice valuations, and as company founder, he has defined D&M's business philosophy to treat each client as he personally would want to be treated. Thus D&M's motto "The Experienced, Personalized Service Dental Broker."©
